Welcome to TestRoutesUK (“we”, “us” or “our”). TestRoutesUK is an iOS and Android app that helps learner drivers discover and practice official UK driving-test routes. This Privacy Policy explains what information (if any) we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

  • Personal Data: We do not collect or store any personally‑identifiable information (such as name, email, address, phone number, payment details).
  • Subscription Data: Subscriptions are processed entirely on‑device via Apple’s In‑App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We do not store or access your subscription status or purchase history on our servers.

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting

To improve app performance and stability, we integrate:

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
  • Apple App Store Analytics / Google Play Analytics

These services may collect non‑identifying device information (e.g. device model, OS version, crash logs, app usage statistics). No personal identifiers (name, email, etc.) are collected. Data is used in aggregate only, to help us understand usage patterns and fix crashes.

4. Location & MapBox SDK

Although you view routes and receive turn‑by‑turn instructions via the MapBox SDK, location data is processed by MapBox on your device and is not retained by us. Please see MapBox’s own Privacy Policy for details.

5. Third‑Party Services

We embed the following third‑party SDKs:

  • Firebase (Google LLC) – analytics and crash reporting
  • MapBox (Mapbox, Inc.) – maps and navigation
  • Apple / Google billing SDKs – subscription processing

These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share any data with them beyond what is automatically transmitted by their SDKs.

6. Children’s Privacy

TestRoutesUK is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under 13.

7. Data Retention & Storage

We do not store any user data on our servers. All content you access (videos, maps, instructions) is streamed or downloaded to your device only.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data for you to access, rectify, or delete.
